Yia Yia's Eurobistro executive
chef Scott Blanchard is leaving the restaurant for a
new competitor. Blanchard is going to be executive chef
at Piztros at the Waterfront. The upscale pizza and
pasta restaurant opens next month.
Blanchard has been with PB&J Restaurants -- the
company that owns Yia Yia's -- for seven years. He says
the opportunity to help develop a new concept was enticing.
And he says there's already talk of future Piztros.
